i think its a bad idea for our government.i donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t care for it but some people enjoy it.I think that it may make money for the state in the long run but you are also lossing money too.But it would also bring more jobs to michigan which we need so over all i guess it would be a good idea if it will help michigan with money and jobs.

For me, I don’t like gambling , it is because it may make people easy to sink in it , so it may effect the economy of the state, due to they spend all time to gamble and don’t go to work.And I think the gambling in Detroit may not very success in this few years , it is because the trade of gambling need to spend a long time to become popular and successful.
The gambling in the rest of Michigan on Native American Property,I think it is true , it seem like to use the property to gamble, but I don’t think it is a good idea.

I think if we had casinos in michigan it would be a good idea. It would be more job oppurtunties for those who need a job and it would help out the economy tremendously.

I believe it is good and bad for Michigan. It could help the economy by bringing business and what not, but it would also cause more pollution to our wonderful economy, with so many people coming, driving here in their vehicles, but that won’t be the only cause for pollution of course, the casinos them selves will also be the issue.

i think that gambling is fine to a surtain extent, and i think it would be fine to put another in Michigan because i believe its the peoples dicisions on weather or not they want to waist their money. i just think that its domb when people waist all their money and get obsessed with the idea of gambling, and think that they are going to win.

I personally dont really care whether or not they gambel in Detrot or in Michigan. But if i were someone else that has family members that gambling problems I propbably wonldn’t want it closer to me. but i personally dont really care about it.

i think that if detriot really does keep building casionos and eventually does turn in to a city simular to los vegas, that it would help the crime rate and make the state more money. i personally, dont have any opinion on gambling but if people enjoy it and the state encourages it.

i personally dont really care if people want to gamble in Michigan. its their right to do whatever they want with their money and if spending it like that is the way they want to spend it i guess they have that right but personally i wouldnt i think gambling is a waste a time and not a good way to spend the the money you took time to earn. but i guess thats just my opinion.

Besides the obvious ethical and moral problems gambiling causes, I believe that it is good for the state. We aren’t loosing money really, it will all break even fairly soon, then go from there. But in places like Detroit, where jobs are needed so badly, this is a great solution. As far as Indian reservations go, that’s really not a question. They deserve that and so much more after what we did to them. But of course all gambling operations should be heavily monotired and viewed.
